1. About these terms and our role

These terms govern your use of carology.ae and any purchase, sale, or trade-in arranged with Carology L.L.C-FZ ("Carology", "we", "us"), located at Tamani Arts Building, Al Asayel St., Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Carology is not the seller of the vehicle; we act solely as a facilitator in the capacity of a disclosed agent. Every vehicle purchase is governed by the signed Vehicle Sales Agreement, which is the full and final agreement and prevails over anything on this website if there is any conflict.

2. As-is sale

• Vehicles are sold strictly on an as-is, where-is basis.
• The sale is final and non-reversible.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after the agreement is signed.

3. No warranty or guarantee

No warranty or guarantee is provided, express or implied. Carology makes no representations regarding the engine, gearbox, mechanical or electrical condition, chassis integrity, accident history, mileage accuracy, service history, or future performance of any vehicle.

4. Buyer inspection and acceptance

The buyer confirms they have inspected the vehicle to their full satisfaction, or have chosen to proceed without inspection at their own risk. Signing the Vehicle Sales Agreement constitutes acceptance of the vehicle in its current condition and a waiver of all future claims.

5. Liability and no post-sale claims

• Carology shall not be liable under any circumstances for any faults, defects, or mechanical, electrical, or structural failure discovered after the sale, including immediately after purchase.
• No repair costs, damages, or losses will be compensated after vehicle handover.
• No complaints or claims are accepted after vehicle delivery.
• The buyer agrees not to hold Carology liable legally, financially, or otherwise after the sale.

6. Deposit policy

• Any deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• A deposit is valid for 3 days from the date of payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe results in automatic forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the deal.

7. Payment and handover

• Ownership transfer only proceeds upon full payment clearance.
• The vehicle will not be released until all outstanding balances are fully settled.
• Carology reserves the right to resell the vehicle if full payment is not received by the due date.

8. All-inclusive deal terms

• Where a deal is marked All Inclusive, Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance is provided.
• Where a deal is not all-inclusive, insurance terms are discussed and agreed with the customer.
• Comprehensive insurance, if requested, will include an excess amount payable by the customer, and the difference from TPL to comprehensive is covered by the customer.
• Underage drivers, new licence holders, or drivers without a licence may be subject to additional insurance charges imposed by the insurer, which are not borne by Carology.
• For vehicle registration outside Dubai, the customer must collect the number plates themselves; Carology provides the standard registration payment only.
• Any additional or optional fees (for example VIP services) paid by the customer are not covered or reimbursed by Carology.

9. Selling or trading in your car

Online and verbal valuations are estimates only and are not binding. A final offer is made after physical inspection of the vehicle. Outstanding finance and fines must be settled for ownership to transfer, and you confirm you are the lawful owner of, or authorised to sell, the vehicle.

10. Use of this website

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting a valuation or enquiry, and not to misuse the site. Content, branding, and the Carology name are owned by us and may not be copied without permission. No verbal promises or external discussions are binding unless written in the signed agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms and any Vehicle Sales Agreement are legally binding under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
