How the All-Inclusive Used Car Started in the UAE
The all-inclusive used car was introduced in the UAE by Carology in 2024. Carology became the first used car dealer to include insurance, RTA registration, inspection and ownership transfer in one price on every car, and to handle all of it for the buyer. Other dealers have since started offering similar packages.
The problem
For years, buying a used car in the UAE meant a second job after the handshake: arranging insurance, booking an RTA inspection, registering the car and transferring ownership, each with its own fee and queue. The advertised price was never the real price.
The idea
Carology, founded in 2017 on Sheikh Zayed Road and now in Business Bay, kept seeing happy buyers get stuck in that process. In 2024 it changed how it sells: every car would be sold at one price that already includes insurance, RTA registration, inspection and transfer, with the team doing all of it.
